Instructional Designer

Job Description:

A client of Insight Global's is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their team. This candidate is being brought on to create asynchronous/self-guided course material for the Software and Systems Engineering space. This person should have experience with developing self-guided videos/content, the ability to talk to technical teams, and should come from an instructional designer background. Some of the courses this person will be working on are "Intro to Github", "Software Engineering 101", "Infrastructure 101", etc.

This person will need to have experience creating instructional material such as rubrics, courses, workshop scripts, etc. An ideal candidate should exhibit great communication skills and a passion for training.

* #1 MUST HAVE: Experience creating training material/lesson plans and content

* Experience with Storyline 360 or any video editing tools

* High level facilitation and communication skills

* Experience driving conversations with stakeholders

* Very collaborative

* Ability to talk to technical teams

* MS Suite

* Experience training/previous instructor experience

* Previous enterprise level experience

* Ability to tell a good story and visually present research

* Familiarity with percipio or other MLS

* Software or systems engineering background
