Job Description

Someone who can go to multiple facilities- Jonesboro, Stockbridge, Griffin. They will travel to different distribution facilities. If they start in one area, they'll finish the same area. Troubleshoot desktop, laptops, network printers, regular printers, iphones, smart phones, samsung tablets, ipads. Anyone who can come in and learn that. Will have to travel every day while they're in training and then they'll stay in Stockbridge after training. Training is typically the contract duration. Wanting someone to take his place and be around for a while. Any knowledge of desktop support in an environment other than home. Setting up phones on desk, imaging, etc. Good communication skills. Someone who wants to come in and work. High character, hard worker. Need to know how to image a machine. Most challenging task would be why does this computer not show up on the network? Problem solver. If there's a network issue, they'll hand it off to the network team. Occasionally take the laptop apart and replace the memory. Set up video equipment for town halls. Cannot expense mileage. Goal would be for them to stay in the location that they started the day in but that's not a promise. Jonesboro and Stockbridge are the biggest locations. Use servicenow and Mongard or Beyond Trust as remote software and use MS teams.

Minimum Requirements

* 3+ years of IT experience

* Good comm - will be communicating with managers, directors, CEO

* Reliable transportation and active driver's license

* No lift drivers, 2nd job ok as long as they're not on the clock

* Take good notes, be able to put together a knowledge share/recap for the user
