An Insight Global client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician. This person will be responsible for working with users to set up desktop and laptop computers, installing company software, troubleshooting problems, evaluating and testing existing networks and systems, and performing regular maintenance to make sure that all the systems operate correctly. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, have excellent troubleshooting skills, be extremely self-motivated, and possess excellent communication skills.
* Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
