Candidate will be handling all printer press related issues (100% phone support) working with the local technician to fix the malfunction. Issues could be mechanical or technical. For mechanical issues, engineer needs to be able to read diagrams to bring problem to resolution. For technical issues, engineer needs to be able to remote in or walk local POC through steps to bring problem to resolution.
- 6+ months experience with Series 4 or Series 5 Indigo Press
- 4+ years experience troubleshooting technical and physical commercial printing press issues
- 100% phone support, strong verbal customer support skills
- Printer graphics knowledge (color theory)
- Ability to read and diagnose electrical diagrams
- Strong mechanical aptitude
