The Cloud Engineering and Governance organization is hiring motivated, positive self-starter Cloud Automation Engineer to lead and deliver on projects with high visibility within Verizon's Global Technology Organization. This role will be the ReactJS developer for the public cloud FinOps platform (onecloud.verizon.com). The Cloud User Experience (CLUE) team is responsible for managing and simplifying user touchpoints with public cloud environments (AWS, OCI, GCP, Azure) and FinOps.
Role: Node.JS and React.JS Developer; React.JS Primary requirement.
Job Duties:
The resource will be working with existing code as well as developing, integrating, and testing new features for the cloud-native serverless web portal, work with customers to define requirements and own the projects from inception to deployment and ensuring code quality by implementing test automation and unit tests.
*Software Development for public cloud engineering that focused on making public cloud platforms easier and better to use for Verizon development and operations.
* Work with Cloud User Experience (CLUE) team to deliver new frontend features on the FinOps Platform.
*Working with existing code for developing, integrating, and testing new features for cloud-native serverless web portal.
* Develop applications using Node.JS and React.JS by building reusable UI components with clean and thoroughly Unit tested code with high performance.
* Design and develop new and existing UI screens using React, Redux, Node, Html, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript for validations.
* Work on the backend to optimize the existing API's and create new API's as per the requirement, using the Node.JS.
* Interact with RESTful API services through Ajax and JSON to write and read data from backend services.
* Working with Middleware, Redux-Promise in applications to retrieve data from Node.JS backend and to also perform RESTFUL services.
* Adding dynamic functionality by creating and dispatching Action Creators that deployed Actions.
