You will be responsible for assisting our Director of Professional Services with the implementation of the Contract Management Platform. You will be heavily involved in many aspects of delivery--from collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to finding solutions to technical challenges. All of this supports the same goal: To ensure successful product deployment for each and every customer
Manage product implementations from the transition from sales to the deployment
Build and foster internal consulting capability within the implementation team
Engage with the sales team to define project scope and ensure the optimum implementation process
Drive best practices on process improvements, system configuration and deployment activities
Influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback and implementation experience
Work closely with sales, customer success, and development teams to provide customer success and build relationships with customers
Review key project deliverables with team members and accurately forecast final deliverable
Serve as an escalation point for your team's clients to ensure high quality deliverables, solutions, and client management on projects.
Prior experience in implementing Contract Lifecycle Management tools
Big 4 or other consulting background
