The CRM Manager will play a very crucial and strategic role in establishing a new CRM team for this organization. This individual will be responsible for helping to building a road map and strategy model for a new enterprise CRM solution. They will be working with the business partners and truly managing that relationship. The organization's users are on a custom in house CRM, but they are looking to standardize the enterprise solution. They will report into the Senior Director of Customer Engagement Platforms and will have 2-3 resources below them for the first few years as they build out this team.
