The Compliance Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for all processes and procedures as it pertains to compliance support within our IT organization.
This role will be responsible for conducting user access, privilege access, and segregation of duty reviews within our organization.
This role is an extremely proactive and collaborative role that requires a high degree of accuracy and will require cross-departmental collaboration and training
Ensure that our controls are designed effectively and are executed timely and in accordance with our external governing bodies expectations
Assist other IT system owners conduct their access reviews and segregation of duty to ensure they are complete and timely
Execute and evaluate our application onboard/offboarding process to ensure that its being done timely and completely
Execute, document, and evidence IT controls demonstrating completeness and accuracy
Partner with other departments to review their IT control processes and evidence and ensure they are being executed in accordance to our control narratives
Conduct regular meetings with leadership and provide updates on compliance, and deficiency status
