Project Manager (Scrum Master) EST- 133683-1

We are looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master hybrid to join the team. They will be working in a hybrid agile/waterfall environment utilizing Azure DevOps. It is important that they perform all Scrum Master tasks and has a servant leader mentality.

They will be working on a migration project, moving applications from on prem to the cloud and within the cloud.

Host kick off meetings

Manage project schedules to get the migration timelines

Weekly connects with application teams

Join the tech leads tech calls

Help removing blockers, informing HM when things are going off track

Hybrid Project Managers/Scrum Masters (not pure Scrum Masters)

in EST

Have experience with ADO (Azure Devops)

Must-haves

7-10 years of experience in a Project Management/Scrum Master role

Agile/Scrum environment (not pure, still has playbook and waterfall)

Experience with ADO (Jira is comparable) and Microsoft/google suite

Must have strong communication and leadership skills (Servant Leader mentality) and builds relationships with others

Experience managing projects with stakeholders across multiple business domains

Experience working in a large/ complex enterprise environment

Technical aptitude (understands SAAS/PAAS/Cloud migration terminology)

Experience with Azure Cloud migration projects
