Our client is looking for an Tier 1 IT Technician to help support there building in Miami. This person needs have basic service desk experience as they are going to need to be able to efficiently diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct technical-support problems. The ideal candidate would come from 1-2 years of previous experience and be ready to hit the ground running!
- 1-2 year's experience of PC imaging & deployment experience (lab tops, tablets, smartphones)
- Basic service desk experience
- Networking and app support experience
- Communicate clearly and effectively to technical situations with non-technical users
- PERSONALITY IS HUGE HERE!! (eagerness to learn)
