IT Infrastructure Project Manager - REMOTE

Our Fortune 500 Client in South Florida is looking to bring on a FULLY REMOTE IT Infrastructure Project Manager to help with an array of IT infrastructure related projects. This person will touch a broad array of projects that involve migrations and implementations of operating system upgrades and installations; VMware server builds; backup appliance implementations; storage capacity upgrades; server upgrades, migrations, and deployments; and coordinate logistics that involve equipment ordering, shipment, delivery, and cost tracking. This person will work across multiple fleets on ships and have versatility in their project background. This person will need a full life cycle project management background.

Over 5 years of experience coordinating migrations and implementations of operating system upgrades and installations

Strong experience managing logistics and how they pertain to a project plan (equipment ordering, shipment, delivery, and cost tracking)

Background with projects related to VMware server builds and backup appliance implementations

Experience with Oracle and MS SQL databases for upgrades and installations

Experience working on projects involved with storage/backups and capacity increases

Dell Compellent, EMC VNX/Unity/Vmax, or Veritas Netbackup

Experience working shipboard
