Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Field Service Technician to provide technical support across five locations in Lakeland, Florida. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our information technology systems, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent service to our end users. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Respond to IT support requests from end users across multiple locations.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance, upgrades and repairs on computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install configure and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.
Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
Maintain accurate records of IT service requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory.
Effectively manage and prioritize IT support requests across 5 locations in Lakeland.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ year's experience as an IT Field Service Technician or in a similar IT role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware operating systems, and software applications.
Strong knowledge of IOS/Android devices
Familiarity with network protocols, security, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
