Our Fortune 500 Client in South Florida is looking to bring on a FULLY REMOTE Contract Management and Compliance Analyst that will be responsible for facilitating the day-to-day contract labor, hardware maintenance and software licensing of contract management, compliance management and relationship management for IT related agreements across multiple business units. This person will work in close collaboration with Sourcing, Supply Chain, Service Delivery, Legal, Finance to maintain a thorough knowledge of all aspects of each contract's requirements, deliverables and obligations. This person will facilitate requests for changes to the contract, educate the business obligations within each overall agreement, report on the status of these obligations, track issues related to the contract, track renewals, and assist with audits. This person will majority be handling labor contracts that include professional services and understand the proper onboarding channels of the business.
Over 5 years of contract and compliance management experience within the IT (information technology) space
Experience maintaining compliance of labor contracts, IT services, hardware/software agreements and professional services
Experience creating and maintaining audit controls for contracts and renewals process for risk analysis
Experience forecasting and reporting monthly analysis on contracts amongst multiple business units
Experience working with Vendor Management Systems
Certified Professional Contract Manger (CPCM)
