Job Description

This person will be responsible for analyzing data related to network operations processes to identify areas for improvement, optimize existing processes, and develop new processes that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of network operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including network engineers, operations managers, and IT professionals to understand the business requirements and design data models and algorithms that address those requirements. Your ability to understand complex data sets, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights will be critical to the success of this role.

Preparing reports based on performance analysis and presenting to management on demand. He or she should be able to provide the latest data to engage in fact-based discussions with the Senior management. Provide Real-time visibility into data and predictive forecasts for enhanced decision-making. Also, he or she needs to assist the lead or works independently designing, developing, and implementing IT processes, conducting research, and performing analysis required to build respective modules within ServiceNow Platform, captures business requirements in a form of agile stories, as well as testing configured.



Other responsibilities:

* Analyze large datasets related to network operations process and identify areas for optimization and improvement.

* Design and implement data models and algorithms that address business requirements.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of network operations.

* Use data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

* Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of network operations processes and make recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

* Collect and analyze data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on elimination of redundancies and improvement of operational experiences for users

* Design processes in a manner that supports automation, including documenting process flows, roles and responsibilities, inputs and outputs, and metrics/scoring

Must-Haves:

* 5+ years of hands-on experience with supporting ServiceNow and familiarity with basic administration of the ServiceNow platform as well as ITIL framework.

o Have experience with SNOW integrations from a variety of data sources.

* Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, power BI (or other).

* Strong analytical and process improvement skills.

* Very proficient with analytical software; especially Microsoft Excel, Proficient in querying/ manipulation of large data sets (SQL, Access or similar).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

* Python coding is a plus.

* ITIL Certifications, SAS Certified Data Scientist preferable.

* Understanding of solution components and their capabilities (infrastructure, networks, databases, web technologies).
