Job Description

IG is seeking a Product Manager to support Marketing, Contact Center, Sales, and Operations teams by driving enhancements to technology used to generate, manage, and convert prospects. This role will own backlog prioritization, stakeholder intake, requirements gathering, and cross-functional delivery efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Technology Product Management experience.
Experience managing backlogs, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap planning.
Understanding of call center, CRM, customer engagement, lead management, or prospect operations technology.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, business analysis, and Agile delivery experience.
Ability to translate complex business processes into scalable technology solutions.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting marketing operations, customer acquisition, sales enablement, hospitality, travel, or consumer-facing environments.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Aha!, or similar tools.
Product management certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner.
