Job Description
The Procurement Analyst serves as a key member of the Procurement Services team and supports procurement operations, committee administration, compliance activities, procurement systems, and reporting initiatives. This position acts as the primary point of contact for procurement system users, maintains procurement documentation, supports public procurement processes, and provides analytical support for procurement leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree of Business Administration (or years of experience)
1-3 years of procurement, purchasing, or public sector operational experience.
Knowledge of procurement processes including RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiation, and procurement compliance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro, and reporting/analytics tools.
Experience preparing meeting agendas, minutes, reports, executive presentations, and coordinating committee or board activities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Public sector, municipal, county, state government, airport, transportation, or authority procurement experience.
Knowledge of Florida procurement statutes, Florida Sunshine Law, ERP systems, and procurement-related certifications (CPPB, CPPO, NIGP).
