Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a QA Technician to support a manufacturing quality assurance program for one of our clients. This individual will play a key role in ensuring products and manufacturing processes meet established quality standards through inspections, testing, documentation management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The QA Technician will perform in-process and final product inspections, conduct quality testing, calibrate equipment, maintain batch records, report non-conformances, and assist with research and development projects. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills who can effectively collaborate across teams while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a related manufacturing environment.
Experience performing product inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing quality-related data.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Associate's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
Experience within a polymer manufacturing environment
