Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Precision Metrology Technician to support a leading medical device manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing highly accurate dimensional and optical measurements on precision-manufactured components to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams, the Precision Metrology Technician will play a key role in verifying measurement accuracy, maintaining detailed and traceable documentation, analyzing measurement data, and supporting product release activities. Given the direct impact on product quality and patient safety, this position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, procedural compliance, and data integrity.

The position is initially offered as a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and individual performance.

Required Skills & Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience conducting precise measurements in a manufacturing setting that requires high levels of accuracy and quality.
Hands-on experience operating measurement and inspection equipment such as optical, surface, or dimensional tools.
Strong focus on accuracy, detail, and data integrity when working with tight tolerances.
Ability to follow documented procedures and understand technical requirements and specifications.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with FDA, ISO, and GMP standards related to medical device manufacturing is a plus.
