Job Description
On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational program schedules in support of the client. You’ll collaborate with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and perform tactical planning using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and Risky Project while having regular interactions with cross-functional teams. You'll gather a variety of program information, conduct analyses of key program metrics, and prepare briefing documentation and key decision documentation. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience managing program or project schedules
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master managing project planning
Experience developing, documenting, and executing a Lean-Agile process to manage the technical baseline and IMS at all integration levels within the DoD acquisition lifecycle
Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting
Experience with scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project and Kidasa Milestone Profession
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree

Experience with Earned Value Management
Experience with data collection and analysis
Experience with Data Analysis software tools
Experience supporting business process updates and improvements
Knowledge of the DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework
Master's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
