Job Description
This is a mid-level Salesforce Developer role supporting a product team.
The environment already has an architect in place. They are looking for a developer who can write clean Salesforce code and contribute in a collaborative environment.
Focus areas:
• Heavy LWC development
• Apex development
• Standard Service Cloud environment
• Basic REST API knowledge
• New feature development
This is NOT:
• Salesforce Admin work
• A Salesforce Architect role
• An Integration Specialist role
• A Health Cloud-heavy position
• A tooling-heavy DevOps position
Day to Day
• Build new Salesforce functionality and features
• Primarily hands-on development work
• Develop Lightning Web Components and Apex solutions
• Build UI components and ensure systems communicate effectively
• Assist with integrations
• Work closely with architects and developers on an established team
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate heavily with teammates
• Contribute ideas and ask questions throughout development processes

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong LWC Focus
• Strong APEX Experience
• Experience supporting product teams in a 10+ environment
• Basic Integration knowledge using rest APIs
• INTANGIBLES- someone who is outgoing, be comfortable speaking up, asking questions, unmuting and having camera on. Does not want a keyboard pounder
