Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Cash Application Administrator for a leading healthcare technology client. This person will support the accounts receivable team by processing customer payments, reconciling accounts, resolving payment issues, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate has cash applications and ERP experience, strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a fully remote contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of Cash Applications, Accounts Receivable, or related experience
• ERP system experience (Oracle, Sage Intacct, Great Plains, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Tracking information
• Sorting and organizing data
• Using multiple worksheets/tabs
• Basic spreadsheet management
• Experience researching payment discrepancies and unapplied cash
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable with credit check
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
