Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an AV/VTC Technician to support mission-critical audiovisual and video teleconferencing systems in secure government environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain AV/VTC systems in NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS environments
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot virtual meetings, conferences, and VIP events
Install, configure, and support:
- Crestron systems
- Video walls
- AV switchers
- Cameras and microphones
- Cisco DX/SX80 VTC units
- Troubleshoot AV hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Provide end-user training and support
- Document incidents and service requests through a ticketing system
- Conduct equipment testing and pre-event checks
- Assist with AV/VTC system design and implementation

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant AV/VTC experience with a high school diploma, or 2+ years with a related bachelor's degree
- Active Secret Clearance
- Security+ / 8570 certification required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Strong AV/VTC troubleshooting experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
