Job Description
This QA Analyst will support the Product Enablement team as they lead the transition from a another POS vendor to Oracle POS across restaurant locations. On a daily basis, they will test and validate new Oracle POS features, hardware integrations, and user interface enhancements before deployment to stores. Working closely with Engineering, they will participate in pilot programs for new functionality such as updated kitchen display system (KDS) themes, customer-facing screen enhancements, and other operational improvements. The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring new releases function properly in real-world store environments by executing test cases, identifying defects, troubleshooting issues, and validating fixes prior to broader rollout. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless Oracle POS implementation while maintaining a high-quality experience for restaurant employees and customers.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in QA methodologies, test planning, test case creation, and defect/bug tracking.
- Hands-on Linux/Bash experience for troubleshooting, log review, and testing activities.
- Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, connectivity troubleshooting, etc.).
- Experience working with Jira and Monday.com for project tracking and defect management.
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar) for automation and testing support.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Oracle systems
Experience with POS (Point of Sale) platforms, particularly in retail or restaurant environments.
