Job Description
The Director of HR Shared Services will lead the strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of core HR service functions. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, leveraging technology solutions, ensuring compliance, and delivering a high-quality employee experience. The ideal candidate will partner across multiple business functions to implement scalable solutions, improve service delivery, utilize workforce data and analytics, and develop a high-performing team that supports organizational goals.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of HR experience with leadership within HR Shared Services
• Experience leading HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and Service Delivery functions
• Proven success driving process improvement, operational excellence, and HR transformation initiatives
• Experience establishing and managing SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery metrics
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and data governance
• Experience partnering across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and executive leadership
Proven ability to lead, develop, and scale high-performing teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience leading HRIS implementations, integrations, or system upgrades
• Background in HR automation, digital transformation, or AI-enabled HR operations
• HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent)
• Experience supporting multi-state or complex enterprise organizations
Strong workforce analytics and reporting expertise
