Senior QA Lead

We are seeking a Senior QA Lead with 8-10 years of dedicated Quality Assurance experience to oversee the testing and quality strategy for a suite of enterprise applications. This individual will lead a team of 5-6 offshore QA engineers while remaining heavily involved in both manual and automated testing efforts. The ideal candidate has experience working across multiple domains, can seamlessly integrate with development teams, and possesses a strong understanding of application functionality, release quality, and overall testing best practices. This role is focused exclusively on QA leadership and execution, with an emphasis on ensuring high-quality product releases and driving testing excellence across the organization. Compensation is $56.33 per hour.

8-10+ years of dedicated QA experience
Strong background in both manual and automated testing
Experience leading and managing QA teams (5-6+ team members)
Hands-on testing experience while managing team deliverables
Ability to partner closely with software development teams
Experience overseeing QA for multiple applications or application suites
Strong understanding of application development lifecycles and release quality processes
Experience working with offshore QA resources

Experience with Python-based test automation
Experience across multiple industry domains/environments
Prior experience establishing QA processes, standards, or testing strategies
Background supporting enterprise-scale application portfolios
Experience mentoring and developing QA engineers and leads
