Job Description

Position Overview: 
The Orlando Health Foundation is seeking a Community Health Implementation Manager to support a growing maternal health initiative focused on improving outcomes for mothers and babies throughout the Tampa/St. Petersburg area.
This individual will play a critical role in coordinating community partnerships, supporting healthcare outreach efforts, helping design mobile health programs, and ensuring patients are connected with the resources they need.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of project management, community health, nonprofit, or healthcare experience and thrives in a highly collaborative environment where they can make a direct impact on the communities they serve.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential and the opportunity to help build a highly visible community health program from the ground up.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Coordinating community health projects and initiatives.
Partnering with community organizations.
Supporting development of a mobile health clinic strategy.
Assisting with maternal health outreach events and community programs.
Connecting patients and families to community resources.
Helping build operational components of the program.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
2-5 years of Community Health experience
2-5 years Project Management or Project Coordination experience
Experience in:
Maternal Health
Women's and children's services
Mobile Health
Social services organizations
Nonprofit community programs
WIC programs, diaper banks, or similar organizations
Experience working with community organizations and external partners
Organizing programs, events, outreach efforts, or community initiatives
Passion for improving community health outcomes
Bachelor's Degree
