Job Description
A well-established organization is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Utility Billing Coordinator to support daily office operations and utility billing processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, conducting research, solving discrepancies, and collaborating across multiple departments.
The primary responsibility of this position will be processing utility bills, researching data across multiple systems, and reconciling information to ensure accuracy. The individual will also communicate with vendors, utility providers, and internal departments while supporting various administrative functions.
This is a fully onsite position in a professional office environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with numbers, data analysis, and reconciliation tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with vendors, utility providers, and internal stakeholders
