Job Description

About the Role:
The Director, Revenue & Enterprise Systems is the enterprise owner of all technology platforms that power the revenue cycle, financial operations, HR, procurement, and enterprise business functions. This leader is accountable for Oracle Fusion ERP, all RCM applications, and the broader ecosystem of enterprise systems that ensure accurate billing, financial integrity, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.

This role leads a high-performing team responsible for system ownership, workflow optimization, automation, data quality, and cross-functional change delivery. The VP partners closely with Revenue Cycle Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and PMO to modernize processes, accelerate cash, and enable a well-run enterprise



Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Cycle Technology
•Own RCM applications (claims, eligibility, coding, payments, denials, billing).
•Ensure accurate charge capture, compliant workflows, and optimized collections.
•Partner with RCM operations to reduce denials and accelerate cash.

Oracle Fusion ERP Leadership
•Lead configuration, workflows, releases, and optimization of Oracle Fusion.
•Manage Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, CRM, and HR modules.
•Standardize enterprise processes (GL, AP/AR, procurement, payroll, onboarding).
•Improve usability, adoption, and self-service across back-office functions.
•Oversee Oracle and ERP ecosystem vendor relationships and SLAs

Automation & Innovation
•Deploy automation and AI across RCM, AP/AR, HR, and operational workflows.
•Modernize legacy processes to reduce cycle times and improve accuracy.
•Enable analytics for forecasting and operational insights.

Change Delivery & Support
•Lead enhancements, rollouts, testing, training, and go-lives.
•Ensure compliant, well-managed change delivery with PMO partnership.
•Oversee Tier 2/3 support and maintain SLAs for performance and uptime.

Data Quality & Integration
•Ensure data accuracy across billing, finance, HR, and operations.
•Maintain master data, structured workflows, and system interoperability.

Required Skills & Experience

•10–15 years in enterprise applications, ERP, or healthcare operations technology.
•Deep experience with Oracle Fusion (HR, Financials, SCM, CRM) and healthcare RCM
•Proven success leading product organizations or Agile delivery teams.
•Strong understanding of healthcare finance, supply chain, and HR operations.
•Strong background in workflow optimization, automation, and cross-functional delivery.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

•Prior leadership in a healthcare provider, payer, or health tech organization
•HIPAA data handling knowledge
•Deep expertise with EMR/EHR platforms, ideally eClinicalWorks (eCW) in a multi‑clinic environment.
