Job Description

We are seeking a SE Dock Installation Supervisor / Foreman to oversee marina construction projects and floating dock installations at customer job sites. This role is responsible for coordinating field crews and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to blueprint specifications. Travel throughout the East Coast is required. Ability to pass required background screenings and drug testing in accordance with workplace policies

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of marine construction experience or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Experience supervising construction crews and subcontractors in a field environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and safety documentation.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and proof of insurance.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience installing floating docks, marinas, or waterfront infrastructure.
- Forklift and heavy equipment operating experience.
- Experience working on government or military project sites.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and PPE requirements
