Job Description
The Project Manager, Operations Training is responsible for planning,
coordinating, and executing the operational deployment of enterprise learning initiatives. This role ensures that training programs developed by the Restaurant Operations Training team are successfully implemented, launched,
maintained, and supported across Restaurants.
Serving as the project management lead for training deployments, this position manages
project timelines, launch readiness, stakeholder coordination, learning operations,
reporting, and continuous process improvement. The Project Manager partners closely
with Instructional Design, Operations, Marketing, R&D, Technology, and external vendors to
ensure learning solutions are delivered accurately, on time, and with minimal disruption to
restaurant operations.
This role owns the learning operations execution initiatives—from implementation planning
through post-launch support—while driving consistency, governance, and continuous
improvement across the companies training ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably supporting training, operations, or large-scale business initiatives.
• Experience coordinating enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
Experience working with vendors and managing vendor relationships
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting restaurant, retail, hospitality, or franchise operations preferred.
• Experience working with learning management systems or enterprise learning platforms is preferred but not required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, Agile, or similar certification.
• Experience supporting restaurant operations or franchise organizations.
• Experience leading enterprise change initiatives.
• Familiarity with learning deployment, digital learning ecosystems, or training operations.
Experience working with operational reporting and analytics.
