Job Description

We are seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to partner with business leaders across the organization to identify challenges, uncover high-value opportunities, and recommend AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and business outcomes.

This role sits within an internal consulting team focused on AI enablement and business transformation. Acting as a strategic advisor, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand pain points, evaluate potential solutions, and help drive the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven decision making across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Partner with business teams to identify challenges and translate them into technology and AI opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and assess use cases based on business value and ROI.
• Recommend and support the implementation of AI, automation, and data solutions.
• Help business users move beyond basic AI productivity tools toward more advanced, integrated use cases.
• Collaborate with technical teams to leverage Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, enterprise data platforms, and approved AI tools.
• Support data integration efforts that bring together multiple data sources into actionable business insights.
• Drive AI adoption through stakeholder education, enablement, and knowledge transfer.
• Lead or support project-based initiatives from strategy through execution.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, AI strategy, or data analytics.
• Strong ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform
• Experience with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, or related technologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and wearing multiple hats.
