Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Commercial Title Officer to support an industry-leading title company specializing in complex commercial, energy, and rural land transactions throughout Montana and surrounding states, including Wyoming, Idaho, North Dakota, and South Dakota. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, lenders, and underwriters while reviewing title commitments, resolving title issues, and providing guidance on complex transactions. The ideal candidate has experience handling high-value commercial deals, strong customer service skills, and the ability to make informed underwriting decisions on complicated title matters. This position is fully remote

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of Commercial Title Officer experience
Montana Title Officer license or ability to obtain/maintain licensing
Experience managing complex commercial transactions and title issues
Underwriting experience with the ability to make risk-based decisions
Strong client-facing communication and customer service skills, including experience working with attorneys and other transaction stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with commercial energy, ranch, agricultural, or large-acreage transactions
Experience working in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, North Dakota, or South Dakota title markets
Previous legal background (Attorney or Paralegal) and/or experience with SoftPro and TitlePoint
