Job Description

A client in the St. Pete, FL area is looking for a reliable and skilled Plumber to join their team for a 6 month-contract-to-hire opportunity. As a plumber, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in patient care areas, labs, and kitchens. Additionally, this candidate will perform preventative maintenance and respond to work orders and emergency plumbing issues. Lastly, they’ll collaborate with maintenance technicians and other tradesmen to ensure facility readiness.

Additional Duties:

- Supporting work orders through ticketing system
- Sewer/drain clogs
- Utilizing K60 machine
- Facility walk throughs to ensure proper upkeep of facility.
- Supporting emergency showers and eyewash stations

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working in a commercial setting as a Plumber
• Valid Driver's License and Highschool Diploma
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Certified Plumber
• Med Gas certified
• Hospital experience
