Job Description
This consultant will sit in Hyderbad in office. This person will serve as the offshore lead for the Oracle Cloud EPM portfolio, overseeing support, enhancements, and strategic roadmap execution across Planning, Consolidation, Reconciliation, and Reporting platforms. They will lead a team of EPM analysts, partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders, manage integrations and automation, oversee Oracle monthly releases, drive project delivery, handle escalations, and ensure the EPM environment is performing securely, efficiently, and in compliance with internal controls. They will also remain hands-on with solution architecture, application configuration, testing, and complex technical troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience leading and supporting Oracle Cloud EPM environments, including both technical delivery and team leadership.
Deep hands-on experience with EPBCS, FCCS, and ARCS, including implementation, configuration, support, and optimization.
Strong experience with Oracle EPM automation and integrations, including Groovy scripting, REST APIs, Data Management, EPM Automate, and batch automation.
Proven leadership experience managing offshore teams, product roadmaps, stakeholders, risks, timelines, and project delivery.
Experience supporting governance and compliance requirements, including SOX controls, release management, impact assessments, and regression testing
