Insight Global is seeking a Travel & Expense Operations Support Contractor for a leading global organization in the energy and logistics space. This individual will provide critical operational support across travel and expense functions, with a strong focus on Concur administration, reporting, and corporate card management. The role will play a key part in stabilizing day-to-day operations, resolving aged expense and data issues, and creating structured documentation to improve process continuity.
This position is highly hands-on and requires someone comfortable managing large-scale cleanup efforts while also supporting ongoing business needs and stakeholder inquiries. Additionally, the contractor will contribute to a major transformation initiative, assisting in the transition from Concur to Navan, including testing, validation, and process alignment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and experienced in global T&E environments, with the ability to operate both tactically and strategically.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• 5+ years of Travel & Expense (T&E) management experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Concur (administration + reporting)
• Solid understanding of end-to-end expense flow (submission → approval → reconciliation → reporting)
• Experience managing global travel programs within Concur
• Knowledge of travel & expense policies and how to enforce/apply them
• Experience building, running, and maintaining Concur reports
• Experience supporting corporate card programs (AMEX, HSBC, or similar)
• Ability to handle data cleanup, reconciliations, and aged expense resolution
Strong cross-functional communication with Finance, AP, HR, and employees
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Experience with Navan (or similar T&E platforms) or system migrations
• Change management experience (process improvement, transitions)
• Exposure to global T&E operations and regional differences
• Experience with process documentation / SOP creation
• Knowledge of UAT testing, system implementations, or platform transitions
• Familiarity with audit/compliance controls in expense management
