Job Description
This person will be responsible for designing and implementing identity and access management controls for AI agents, treating each agent as a governed non-human identity with defined ownership, permissions, and secure workload identities. Day to day, they will build security guardrails, authorization frameworks, and policy enforcement mechanisms that govern how AI agents interact with systems, tools, and data across both customer-facing and internal environments. The role focuses on securing autonomous and non-deterministic AI systems, integrating identity-driven controls into applications and platforms, and ensuring strong security across web, API, cloud, and edge environments while partnering closely with IAM, product, platform, and AI/ML teams to establish scalable governance and security standards for agentic AI.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Application Security, or Platform Security
• Proven experience implementing Enterprise IAM and Non-Human Identity (NHI) solutions
• Experience securing AI-enabled, autonomous, or automation-heavy systems
• Strong web application and API security expertise
• Experience designing fine-grained, least-privilege access models for distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0/2.1, OIDC, On-Behalf-Of (OBO) token exchange, and modern token security practices
Experience with workload identity solutions such as SPIFFE/SPIRE, mTLS, PKI, and certificate-based authentication
