Insight Global is seeking an experienced Epic Case Management / Care Coordination Consultant to support the largest health system in South Florida's ongoing Epic implementation. This consultant will play a key role in Case Management workflow optimization, testing, implementation support, and go-live readiness as Baptist Health prepares for its July 2027 Epic Go-Live. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational and clinical workflow expertise and serve as a strategic partner to both clinical and operational leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
• Epic Case Management / Care Coordination Certification
• Extensive Epic Case Management experience
• Acute care hospital experience
• Experience supporting Case Management, Care Coordination, Utilization Management, and Transition of Care
• Discharge planning, utilization review, and care progression workflows
• Testing, implementation, optimization, and go-live experience
• Large Epic implementation experience
• Experience partnering with clinical and operational leadership
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Previous consulting experience within a large health system
-Experience supporting enterprise-wide Epic transformations
