Physician enterprise - Brent has tasked rashna (peer) with fixing inbasket issues w physcan
The inbasket data shows providers burden by high vol of messages in inbasket
- This is results routing issues, co signing orders, a lot of admin issues providers face
Rashna assembeld group of physiican, infom, and ops to fix the burden of inbasket issues for providers
She is leading it from AIT
Rashna leading from enterprise perspective
Brittney- PM over this , has exp in data analytics and those teams
On physician enterprise side- there is data team, just beyond capacidty and cannot take on project
- They got them started w skeleton
Have to move data out of epic into dashboards they can utilize
Got apprval to bring on high level data analytics to continue twork in dashboard and create robust system out of this dashboard
So when project is over informatics keeps maintance of dashboard and push to users
This is the only consultant, they are working w epic to bring in epic boost resource
There is a perception that there is data in epic that our team does not see, so we need epic to come in and see what is going on and having every one understand what data is avail
IMPACT- reducing and filtering what gets sent over to the providers, and getting it to the right teams. This is going to be data that this work group uses to guide decisions. In the middle we are making sure we are staying focused on operational direction. It will be dashboards that leaders in the market can be used in an ongoing basis.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Experience in Data Analytics in healthcare and clinical /ambulatory operations
Experience building dashboards in Power BI and SQL
Strong excel skills
Experience working with epic related data
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience building dashboards within Qlik, Tabelau
Experience with In basket messaging data, provider data, signal data
