Insight Global is seeking a Triple Hat (Superintendent / Quality Control Manager / SSHO) to support federal construction projects in the Pensacola, FL area for a large general contractor. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, quality control processes, and site safety operations while serving as the primary field leader on assigned projects. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting NAVFAC, USACE, DoD, or other federal construction programs and be comfortable operating in a highly visible, hands-on role that balances schedule, quality, and safety requirements. Projects are typically fast-paced, multi-discipline construction efforts requiring direct interaction with subcontractors, inspectors, government representatives, and project leadership teams.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience, OR 10+ years of relevant construction experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years of experience supporting federal construction projects (DoD, USACE, NAVFAC, etc.) serving as a Superintendent, Quality Control Manager (CQM), Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO), or in a multi-hat leadership capacity on construction projects
Strong understanding of construction means & methods across multiple trades
Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid field leadership role
Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 standards and federal project requirements
Strong knowledge of federal construction requirements, including NAVFAC, USACE, DoD, or other government-funded construction programs.
OSHA 30 Certification (or higher)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience interfacing directly with clients, government representatives, inspectors, and project leadership teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Current or previous CQM Certification
CHST, ASP, CSP, GSP, or similar safety certifications
