Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Programmer Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and reliability of customer and marketing data across multiple enterprise systems. This role focuses on investigating data discrepancies, tracing data movement through complex data pipelines, identifying root causes of data quality issues, and implementing technical solutions to improve data accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of software engineering, programmer analyst, data engineering, or data-focused development experience
• Advanced SQL skills
• Hands-on Snowflake experience
• Python development experience
• Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines
• Experience investigating data quality, data integrity, or data reconciliation issues
• Experience tracing data through multiple systems and integrations
• Experience with ETL processes
• Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Experience building data validations, monitoring, alerts, or automated controls
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing, and code quality practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
