A client of Insight Global is looking for an experienced Palantir Sr. Data Engineer. Senior Data Engineer- Palantir Foundry will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling enterprise data products and operational workflows using Palantir Foundry as part of the client's connected data initiative. The role serves as a senior individual contributor, translating complex business processes into governed, production-grade data pipelines, ontologies, and applications that enable analytics, automation, and decision support across the organization. Compensation for this role will be a range of $130,000-$150,000/yr.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 or more years of experience in data engineering or software engineering roles delivering production‑grade data pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience working within Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise data platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with distributed processing frameworks such as Spark or PySpark preferred.
• Experience designing data models and supporting analytics or operational data products.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and enterprise data architecture principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience designing ontology‑driven data models or semantic layers.
• Experience supporting large‑scale, enterprise data environments.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms and modern data engineering tools.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers.
