Escrow Closer

Insight Global is seeking an Escrow Closer to support a title and escrow team in Jacksonville, New Smyrna Beach, Orlando, or Port St. Lucie/Stuart. This role is responsible for managing and closing residential real estate transactions from preparation through post-closing, ensuring all title, lender, and contractual requirements are met. The Escrow Closer will work directly with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and internal teams to review closing documents, clear title issues, schedule closings, process lender requests, and ensure funds are properly disbursed and documents are recorded. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple files and deadlines simultaneously. The ideal candidate has closing experience or strong processing experience and understands the title and escrow process from start to finish.

• 2+ years of escrow closing, escrow processing, or title experience
• Strong understanding of the residential title and escrow process from open to close
• Experience reviewing closing packages, lender instructions, and title requirements
• Ability to resolve title issues and coordinate with lenders, agents, and customers throughout the transaction
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of transactions

• Florida Title Agent License (or willingness to obtain)
• SoftPro experience
• Experience working for a title insurance company or real estate closing firm
