Job Description

The PAM Operations SecOps L2 resource will serve as a critical operational support
function for our enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. This role is
responsible for providing Level 2 technical support, incident management, and
operational excellence for our CyberArk-based PAM infrastructure supporting a global
organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of PAM
components, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a
24x7 global environment.
The successful candidate will handle incident triage and resolution, support platform
maintenance and disaster recovery activities, manage privileged account onboarding
and access controls, and collaborate effectively with Engineering, Application, and
Infrastructure teams across all organizational levels. This position requires participation
in 24x7 global on-call rotations to ensure continuous availability of critical PAM services.

• The resource will be assigned to a shift within a 7AM - 7PM CET work day. The shift the resource will be assigned to will be rotated with other team members. further during the interview.
• There is on-call coverage during weekdays and weekends. The resource will be part of a rotation with other team members.
• There may be overtime, as in the case of a major issue or important customer response where a resource may be need to work beyond when their shift ends. This is not a regular occurrence.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in IT operations support, system administration, or
security operations
- Experience in a 24x7 support environment with on-call rotation responsibilities
- Previous experience supporting CyberArk
- Experience with API testing and integration troubleshooting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Background in infrastructure security or identity governance
- Any CyberArk certification
