This role is responsible for supporting and executing broad initiatives aimed at improving overall operations and performance. It works across multiple teams to help align priorities, coordinate efforts, and keep key activities moving forward. The position also contributes to planning, resource coordination, and on-site support as needed. Additionally, it helps capture insights to inform future improvements and strategy.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or any related field)
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Industry experience within power generation preferred but open to automotive, aerospace, military, manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with database, project management, spreadsheet, word processing, email, graphics, and technical diagram software.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PMP Certified
