Job Description

The Fleet Strategy Program Manager leads enterprise programs that address recurring technical, operational, and commercial issues across the fleet. They own the full program lifecycle, from defining problems and setting priorities to driving execution and delivering measurable value. This person will act as a central integrator across multiple teams, ensuring alignment, structure, and visibility. This person will require strong program management skills, executive communication, and the ability to balance technical detail with strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or any related field)
- 5+ years of program management experience
- Industry experience within power generation preferred but open to automotive, aerospace, military, manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with database, project management, spreadsheet, word processing, email, graphics, and technical diagram software.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- PMP certification
- experience with SCRUM/AGILE
