Job Description

A water testing company is looking for a Lab Technician to join their team as a direct hire resource. Effectively manages daily production priorities to meet productivity goals while producing high‑quality chemical products in compliance with established SOPs. Responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and labeling liquid and powder chemical reagents and microbial testing consumables, while completing batch records, safety documentation, and quality logs accurately. Maintains inventory, laboratory equipment, and testing instruments, ensuring calibration, quality control, and regulatory or ISO compliance. Supports manufacturing and testing processes through troubleshooting, routine maintenance, ERP reporting, safety checks, and continuous improvement efforts, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and assisting with employee training. This opportunity in fully on-site Monday-Friday from 8AM-4:45PM EST! Targeting $23an hour!

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in chemical production or packaging required

Minimum of 2 years working with liquid and/or powder filling equipment.

Associate’s degree (ideally in chemistry or a related field) is preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with water quality testing procedures a plus
