Job Description

· We are looking for a data migration analyst to support an ongoing compliance system migration. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working directly alongside our internal team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working through large datasets and repetitive validation tasks while maintaining high accuracy. Experience working in fast-paced, project-based environments preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

· 1-3 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or technology implementation role
· Advanced Excel proficiency required (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data validation, reconciliation across large datasets)
· Strong attention to detail – this is required given the nature of the work
· Comfortable working with structured data (Excel, CSV, data mapping)
· Clear communicator; able to work independently and flag issues proactively
· Basic SQL skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with system upgrades or enhancements in compliance or legal operations
- Relevant industry experience
