Job Description

We are seeking a Right of Way (ROW) Permitting Specialist to support utility and infrastructure projects. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and securing permits required for right-of-way access across a variety of utility projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience navigating permitting processes with local municipalities, counties, and regulatory agencies, and understands how to apply that experience across different types of utility work.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of Right of Way (ROW) and/or utility permitting experience
- Experience working with utilities (electric, water, gas, or telecom)
- Hands-on experience obtaining permits through municipalities, counties, or DOT agencies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Background in multi-utility projects (electric + water/wastewater)
- Experience with engineering consulting firms
- Knowledge of regional permitting processes
