We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead the delivery, operations, and continuous improvement of enterprise data platforms and engineering capabilities. This leader will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions that support analytics, governance, business operations, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership experience, and operational excellence, with a proven ability to lead teams, modernize data environments, and deliver enterprise-scale data solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, enterprise data platforms, or data architecture.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing data engineering teams in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise with SQL, ETL/ELT processes, orchestration tools, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience delivering and supporting enterprise-scale data pipelines and integrations.
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or other modern cloud/Lakehouse platforms.
• Experience leading cloud modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Background in highly regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and DataOps methodologies.
• Experience partnering closely with analytics, governance, and security teams.
