Job Description
• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects across infrastructure, applications, service management, operations, and business process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate project work across multiple business units, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure priorities, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly understood.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, risk logs, issue trackers, and status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates, requirements discussions, and decision-making sessions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and roadblocks, escalate issues as needed, and recommend corrective actions.
• Use Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management, to manage tasks, document requirements, track issues, and support transparent project execution.
• Partner with IT operations teams to support change management, release coordination, incident readiness, and operational handoff activities.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, organized, and accessible to business and technical stakeholders.
• Support budget tracking, financial forecasting, and resource management to ensure projects are delivered within approved funding levels.
• Ensure alignment with IT governance standards, enterprise architecture, and security/compliance requirements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to project team members, supporting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, IT project management, or a combination of both.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of project management practices, including scope, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans, technical tasks, and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organization, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional IT teams, business partners, vendors, and leadership stakeholders.
